		<description>I learned this one when I was really young since I went to my Grandpa&#039;s every weekend and he had a huge lake. 

For a long amount of time you should play in the water, maybe even float, especially towards the evening. When I was little, it would be hours after that I&#039;d go to bed and I could still feel the waves under me! It was relaxing, My cousins and siblings all had this happen to them afterwards, so I&#039;m not the only one, it just takes a lot of water time. :)</description>

		<description>The question is what should we do to make absolutely sure that no one disturbs our sleep. I think that you can never be 100% sure of this, because even if I try to make sure, there can always be something that may happen and I won&#039;t be able to sleep. This keeps happening to me all the time, so I found a good way to deal with this sort of problem. 

I just put on a pair of ear plugs so that I do not hear a thing anymore. Even if something is trying to disturb me, I won&#039;t be disturbed. This has helped me to stay asleep during the night and because I don&#039;t wake up in the middle of the night anymore, now I wake up feeling relaxed and great!</description>

		<description>Just wanted to say that I really like this article and found that I personally must take that warm bath that you talked about, with about 3 hours before sleep. This seems to be the best time for me, and it may be the case of other people as well. 

Maybe you can&#039;t all take a bath right before bed, and maybe we need to do that with 3 or 4 hours prior to that. The main idea is that this thing works great for me, and maybe it will work for others as well. My advice is that anyone should be taking a warm bath near bedtime! It is really great!</description>
