		<description>I just work so much that its easy to fall asleep.  Getting up at 4 being at work by 5 30 and not getting home until after 7 makes you really tired i fall asleep about 8 or 8 30 every night. If you don&#039;t have a hard working job just stay outside all day it will make you tired.</description>

		<description>I have an old mechanical clock in my bedroom, the regular tic-tic-tic makes me sleepy... additionally. i found i sleep better when my bedroom is cold -&gt; it has also been proven that people usually sleep better when the ambient temperature (room temperature) is under 22 degrees Celsius(71.6 degrees Fahrenheit) and above 16 degrees Celsius(60.8 degrees Fahrenheit) in average.

Otherwise, if i still can&#039;t get to sleep or my mind is too focused on something, i try to find ways to checkmate a king in chess. (after a couple days, finding new ways is really boring)</description>
