Snoring can lead to serious issues as excessive tiredness, nervousness and several other affections that are cause by lack of sleep.

3. Smokers are known to snore, so if you are one, then you have a 70% chance of being a snorer. Snoring, in this case, is caused by that good, old smoke you inhale daily, which is really healthy for you. It will make you breathe worse until you start snoring at night. The logical solution to this is to stop snoring, yet not many persons are capable of such a thing. Smoking becomes a drug that you need to have daily and the lack of it makes you nervous. But, smoking is also something that can kill you so it is better to look for other things to do instead of smoking. Maybe chewing some gum or anything else that is not dangerous for your health can be a solution.
