Why People Snore?
Why people snore? Is there something wrong with us? Or at least with a huge part of us who are snorers?
Is there something not in order with the way we breath during our sleep? What is going on and what makes us snore? To snore or not to snore. This could be the question. But, why would someone want to snore? Neither or us wants that, yet we still do because of certain factors that lead us to do just that. These factors are both uncontrollable and controllable by us. There are many reasons people snore but bellow there are a few words about the main factor that we all can control and that is our weight.
Why do people snore? Because of their extra weight
You have surely heard this before, yet you may have some doubts about it. You are still wondering do fat people snore? Do people that have a bit of weight on them or have a lot of extra weight actually snore? The great majority of these people snore a lot. Their extra weight is producing a disturbance in many areas of people’s bodies and yes, body fat does mean that you have 99% chances of becoming a snorer. Now, the question is this: why did you allow yourself to become extra weight?
Except for the cases where there is some sort of affection or disease involved, almost all other cases are dependent of your eating habits. You eat a lot and you gain a lot. And although you might be inclined to think that if you eat a lot and gain, you just need to stop eating that much and you will lose fat, this is not always the case. You know the old saying “quality, not quantity”. It is so true in this case. If you eat foods that just allow you to feel hungry no more, yet still are not going to add fat to your body, then you will do just great. But, you might have the bad habit of eating all sorts of foods that you like but make you become fat. If something tastes great it does not mean that it is great too. It could be the worst food you ever eaten. And it could be something that is the answer to the “why people snore?” question.
If you don’t start doing your research to see which foods do not add fat to your body, you will gain weight and snore. You will disturb everyone with your snoring and you won’t feel good about your body either. Fat is never good and you can get rid of it. It is hard to do, yet when you imagine the man or woman you could become if you only lost 50 pounds or more, then you can realize the price is not that high. You should know an important fact about snoring and weight. If you only lose 5 to 10% of your current body fat, then there are over 70% chances that you will reduce or even stop snoring. That’s all! 10%! Can you do it? Yes, you can, so start doing it and stop asking why people snore.
