How to fall asleep fast naturally seems to be a great mystery for most people, especially in today’s environment, when we would just love it if we would have 48 hour days or even more if possible, just to get done what we are supposed to get done.

Things to do from work, things to do at home, helping our children with their homework, getting them to school and back, reading them a bedtime story, spending time with your husband/wife, and many, many more things that we must or want to do, make us really want to have more time.

This means he would be sleeping for the 7 hours that he needs to, right? Wrong! Dead wrong! Some people think that if they would exercise before going to bed or near that time, then they would get tired because of all that effort, but this happens to a handful of people, while the majority of us, if we do this, we will get more energized and awake than ever after doing some workout.

    I cant remember if its called lavender oil but it was something like that.

    Any suggestions? I’ve tried everything and I’m 16 and I’m already having problems with sleeping :/ I try ggoing into a pattern its useless I try getting comfy its useless I’ve tried relaxing my bath its usless I’ve even tried thinking of the next eventful day I’ll have chilling with my boyfriend, that just gets jewlery thinking things then I over think and ir causes problems that wasn’t even there … sleeping pills I’ll avoid because they can become addictive Sound there’s nothing else to do?

      Keleigh I must say what a problem you have there. You should visit your GP but yet again there is no point they will just give you sleeping tablets. That’s an impossible thing to solve you have there keelz sorry.

    i tried everything and nothing works! not anything anyone tells me works. i try but… NADA!!!!!!!!!! please please please help me find a way to just lie down and relax, and fall asleep quicker. by the time im asleep its mid night, and i go to bed at 10 or 11!

      Close you eyes and pretend you are on a cloud. Pretend you are traveling slowly on this cloud to calming places. Imagine you get off on a beach. Feel the sand in your toes, the wind in your hair. Think about the waves pulling back nd crashing in time with your breathing. Worked for me. You can change the beach if you want and the cloud. You could be lying in soft freshly cut grass watching the stars or the clouds. Block out everything but this visualization. This also calms you and prevents nightmares.

      before you go to bed make sure you have atleast a half an hour of downtime . an hour would be better , but shut off all electronics and televisions because the brightness stimulates energy . so for an hour or an hour and a half rest in bed reading a book with a dim light . light enough for you to read but dark enough to calm you . say you plan on sleeping at 10 . do this at 8-8:30 and that will give you time to relax . make sure there are no sounds . this should do the trick it will make you sleepy . also dont eat or drink anything with high sugars or salts about 1 hour and a half before . this will make you more energetic .
