Hi I’m 10 and can’t fall asleep.
I’m sick and my mimi sleeps in my room so I can’t sleep in there so to take a nap I go in to my mom and dads room. When I go there my brother ( he has something wrong with his head ) comes in and wakes me up and I can’t fall back asleep.
Hi, I’m 11, and I’ve recently become fairly sick. And I normally want to sleep when I don’t want to, and then when I want to sleep I can’t. It’s really annoying and it’s not making me any healthier. Help / Tips please?
Hi. I am twelve. I go to bed by 10 and I don’t sleep till midnight. what do I do to avoid this
Leaving the television on a really low volume for some reason actually HELPS me get to bed, which is weird because everyone says its a bad idea, but it works for me when I need to fall asleep fast. First I let myself watch fifteen minutes of tv and then try to fall asleep with it on a low volume and turned away from the tv. If I feel like I have been laying there for a while I will turn back over and watch another fifteen minutes then try again. Sometimes this fails but it works for most of the time. Having something to focus in instead of all the stress really helps for me.
Hope this helped someone
Don’t let the bed bugs bite
Does not work for me
. I NEED TO SLEEP!!!!!
Hi, I’m 14 and I go to bed at 9. It usually takes me around an hour to fall asleep and I have to wake up at 6 for school. When I get to school I’m exhausted and ready to sleep there. Is there any tips to falling asleep easier? If I try counting sheep or something I think about horses and then competing and my mind just travels off. And no I don’t have ADHD
Help?
Maybe after school, sleep for an hour or two when you have time , and sleep in on weekends if you can. Also (if your parents don’t do this) make your lunch the night before , get everything ready so all you have to do is get dressed, and that way you can sleep in and help it. Hope this helps!!!
HI I am 10 and my advice is to strech and then attempted to go to sleep or count sheep but maybe not cause i tried it and got to 30 and was just bored!!!!Remembergot to bed early and do lots of fitness to tire you out

I went through this before. I had the same problem you do. The correction that i used was setting my alarm really early and forcing myself to stay awake the next day until a decent bed time. Say 9 or 10. It worked. In a couple of days i was back to normal.
Hi I’m 14 yesterday i went to bed at 11 and i couldn’t sleep i drank a lot of milk and i went to sleep at 3 and plus the next day i had school what do i do i don’t want that to happen again
Hi, I am 12 years old and I go to bed at 9:00pm.
It’s really annoying me because it takes me like 30 minutes to get to sleep. I am not at all tired at night when I’m trying to get to sleep, but then on a school morning, I am exhausted and it takes me ages to just get out of bed and wake up properly.
Someone help me?
Hey, I’m 12 too and I go to sleep at nine but it takes me a hell of a lot longer than you most of the times I’m up until two in the morning! How do you manage to go to sleep?
To get to sleep, what i do, is listen to music until my eyes feel droopy while breathing slowly and deeply and staying as comfortable as i can. It works for me. Also, sometimes it helps to recite poems that you know without having to think about the words so that your brain isn’t working very hard and it helps keep you from thinking about other things.
Hi, im 11 and I go to bed at 11:00. But i just lie in bed untill 2:00 and its really annoying. Im not allowed to go to bed any later though and it really bugs me. plus, is coming, what do i do???!!!

Go to bed earlier, and think about something you would really want to happen.
